Once known as "Young Genocide" Asharie X started rapping at the age of 11, with an early indication of lyrical skill it wasn’t long before big brother Michael Motte decided to stand behind his brother and Presidential Hustle was born.

In 2009 Young Genocide entered Jermaine Dupri’s Tag Tour Competition and winning, received a demo deal, $5000 and various media exposure. He continued to appear in Emerging Artist Showcases and various talent shows, as well as opening for acts such as Trae, Zro, Slim Thug, Webbie, Lil Boosie, DSR, Tum Tum, Big Tuck, Rich Boy, Lil KeKe, Swisherhouse, Migos and legends such as Kool Moe Dee. Also performing live in Detroit at "The Shelter", where Eminems "8 Mile" was filmed along Guilty Simpson, Awesome Dre, MF911 and Bronze Nazareth of Wu Tang Clan. In spring 2011 Young Genocide was featured in Prairie View A&M University Alumni Magazine for his accomplishments as an artist. Thus far he has release several mix tapes; "480 Hours", "480 Hours Reloaded", "iRap", "Commander In Chief" and "House Party". All of which exposes his musically inclined talents as a songwriter, composer, producer, singer and MC.
His fourth solo mix tape entitled "Commander in Chief" displayed his lyrical growth and versatility by debuting singles "Ms. Whoa" feat. Roland Champine, "Success Story" feat. Kirko Bangz and "Always" feat. Leelonn; Featuring production by King Henry and Ill Faded Productions, "Commander In Chief" stood out and brought light on his versatility as an MC and songwriter. He has currently released his latest mix tape which was a collaboration with upcoming Houston artist Kevin Kong entitled "House Party" which displays his lyrical fun side of his talent strictly for the clubs. Featuring his anthem single "Houston"; production by Cameron Wallace, producer of Beyonces "Upgrade You". "We Got Em" feat. Kevin Kong; produced by Alien University, and "Thrills" feat. J.Mac, Ceo of Presidential Hustle; produced by Mosely. This current mix tape is growing rapid buzz and in heavy club rotation in Houston, local cities and colleges thoughout Texas, California, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Michigan and Louisiana.
With the change in the music industry Asharie X ventired out to other markets in Las Vegas , Miami , California and now New York City.
